Our inspections take around 20 to 45 minutes to complete. In most cases, we need to access the complete crawlspace and interior of the home. If the home has a lockbox, we can complete the inspection without the owner present. We will be checking for unlevel floors, sitting water, wood boring inspect damage, water damage, pier conditions, damaged sills, joists, and subflooring and other issues.
